Wigan St Judes 52-6 Cadishead The third game of the season saw us welcome Cadishead who we’ve had some good battles with over recent seasons. The pitch was very heavy and conditions a little testing, but the boys were up for it. Judes started strong and were gifted space to work in. The first couple of sets were completed before Dec Gregory managed to scoot out of dummy half from 10m out to score the first try. From the kick off Judes showed a great exit set which resulted in them going nearly 90m upfield and Jake crashing over - great team work. Shortly after, Jake went over again, followed by a try from Liam which was created by a high bomb from Rio. Prior to half time great passing out to the wing saw Kian Dainty go over for a debut try and then Jordan crash over from short distance.

Waterhead 10-12 Wigan St Judes Proud of the lads for playing in horrendous weather today. Tries from Harvey Makin & Lewis Pinder and 2 successful conversions by Callum Silcock, proved the difference in the end after Waterhead also scored twice, but we managed to hang on for the win.
