The 1st team lost away to Hunslet warriors in what was a close fought contest , judes started the game fast and with only 2 mins gone a clever short side play and fast hands saw winger Lewis Melling score in the corner 0-4

For the next 30 mins with good approach work Jude’s created several scoring chances but couldn’t finish them ,hunslets scramble defence working overtime

With halftime approaching hunslet started to gain a lot off field position and scored under the post to lead at the break 6-4
The second half was all hunslets they had all the ball and territory but Jude’s defence was relentless, the one chance

Jude’s had to score was not to be and probably that would have been enough to win the game

Judes gave away 5 penalties in second half and with low completion rate it allowed hunslet to score under the post on 70 mins ,12-6

Judes never gave a backward step and probably thought we should have come away with points
