A wins a win  as they say how you win it doesn't matter as long  as you win and boy o boy this game fits the bill for that. Score line reads a 30-18 win to st judes but it doesn't tell the full truth that at one stage Bradford were down to 10 men through indiscipline and injuries and Judes still couldn't put the game to bed until the final 10 mins when Bradford started to tire. Judes opened the scoring on 14 mins when second rower Gavin Rodden crashed over on the left after great work by Pendlebury and Meehan. Mins later the Bradford Machine did what they do best and smash their way over from close range. Forwards Oly Oladele, Josh Rogerson, David Fagan, Nathan Bevan and Gavin Rodden had their hands full with the enormous pack of Bradford but to their credit they never gave up in particular Oly Oladele who is not the biggest of props but he sure puts some big hits in and loads of energy in his game . Late in the first half Judes gradually worked up field with Josh Rogerson, Gavin Rodden and Keiron Gaskell taking the ball in for some tough yards were Dean Hunt , Paul Pendlebury and Simon Meehan worked their magic to put Joey Brady away to score wide out and make the half time score 8-10 to the visitors. The half time team talk must have worked on Judes as they tried to ship the ball wide on more occasions and on 50 mins Man of the Match Full Back Nathan Jones broke free and put winger Joey Brady away for his second try right under the sticks,Adam Lavin goaled 14-12 Judes. Bradford hit back within mins the only way they new by smashing their way over close to the line, just like their first try and they took the lead 18-14. The final 15 mins was when Judes  finally clicked and realised that there was acres of space out wide and with pace to burn started to click  and Joey Brady's long range cracker for his hat trick try, when Centre Connor Parkinson broke away to give Brady space to open his legs and go under the posts put the Jude's in front, Baz Rothwell goaled 20-18 to judes. Mins later a on fire Connor Parkinson did it again when he broke free of the tiring Bradford Defence near his own line again and he went on a searing run to the line for a great try 24-18. The final try of the day was again another long range one when Hooker Nathan Bevan took the ball up with an outrageous dummy to create space for him to go on another long range try, Baz Rothwell goaled to make the final score 30-18 to the home side and a relieved Judes welcomed the 2pts.

Man of the Match Nathan Jones  always dangerous with the ball, getting back to his best.
